Prayer for a Sick Mother
Heavenly Father,
I come before You today with a heart full of love and concern for my dear mother. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the Healer of all infirmities, and the Restorer of health. I lift her up to You, asking for Your divine touch upon her body, mind, and spirit.
Lord, Your Word says in Jeremiah 30:17, “For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds, says the Lord.” I stand on this promise and declare healing over my mother’s life. May every sickness, pain, and weakness be removed in the mighty name of Jesus. Let Your healing power flow through her, renewing her strength and restoring her health completely.
Father, I pray for peace in her body and soul. Remove every discomfort, anxiety, and fear. Let Your divine presence surround her, filling her with comfort and assurance that she is not alone. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and help her to trust in Your perfect timing and plan.
I rebuke every sickness, every infection, and every affliction that is trying to harm her. I declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5). May her body respond to treatment, may every cell and organ function as You designed it, and may she rise up with renewed vitality.
Lord, I ask for wisdom for the doctors, nurses, and caregivers attending to her. Guide their hands, minds, and decisions so that everything done will align with Your divine will. Let there be no complications, setbacks, or prolonged suffering.
Heavenly Father, You are the God of miracles. Just as You healed the sick in the days of old, I ask that You do the same for my beloved mother. Give her restful sleep, a strong immune system, and a speedy recovery. May she soon stand strong again, testifying to Your goodness and mercy.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing this prayer. I trust that You are working in her body right now. Let Your name be glorified in her healing, and may she have many more years of health, joy, and peace.
